TaskFlowMe offers paid subscription plans, including: - $4.99 per month - $49.99 per year By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. You are responsible for managing your subscription and billing information.

You may cancel your subscription according to the billing settings made available through the platform or payment processor. Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

You agree not to: - use TaskFlowMe for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes - attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts - interfere with the operation or security of the service - misuse AI features in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights - upload or submit content that is fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate

You retain ownership of the goals, tasks, inputs, and other content you submit to TaskFlowMe. By using the service, you grant TaskFlowMe a limited license to host, process, and display that content as necessary to operate and improve the service.

TaskFlowMe may generate task suggestions, plans, or other outputs using AI. These outputs are provided for general informational and productivity purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to rely on any AI-generated output.

Your use of TaskFlowMe is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

TaskFlowMe, including its branding, software, design, content, and features, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the service except as allowed by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TaskFlowMe and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify users through the platform, by email, or by updating the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
